10 Fasts For Your Wardrobe

Can you believe Ash Wednesday is NEXT week?! WOW!

With our prayer, fasting and almsgiving - there is a lot to consider what to work on.

And from my perspective, sometimes it’s the little things that go under the radar that make the biggest difference to “tune up”.

If something puts us in a sour mood, that is probably a good marker that we should strive to fix that.

Fasting can be a practical way to do that.

How often do we get stressed out or focus too much on our wardrobes. And if you do not - amazing! Stay tuned for more fun posts.

But for some, it’s easy for our closets, especially in now with everything at our fingertips and constantly seeing photos, for us to feel bombarded.

So… if you’re looking for even more to fast from this Lent, or you feel your mood is often dictated negatively by what you wear… here are 10 ways to fast so that you can be more focussed on what matters 🙏🤍

Let’s fast from…

1. Impulse buying.

2. Not properly putting your clothes away.

3. Wishing you had more expensive pieces.

4. Constantly changing your outfit.

5. Taking too much time to form your outfit.

6. Complaining about your wardrobe instead of taking proper building steps.

7. Hanging onto clothes that do not fit.

8. Comparing yours to others outfits.

9. Being inattentive how to properly wash/dry something

10. Spending too much time endless scrolling online with no direction.

I hope you have a very blessed Lenten season!
