Keeping Your Eye On Classic Summer Style: Sunglasses
The sun is shining and flowers are blooming! Here in Arizona, we’ve been having a Super Bloom and it is absolutely lovely! What’s a Super Bloom, you ask? The wet winter out West has led to an a-mazing abundance of wild desert flowers blooming among our cacti. They don’t happen every year (the last Super Bloom was in 2019), and one of the best places to see this Super Bloom is Picacho Peak, in the Sonoran Desert.
A Super Bloom is soooo bright, soooo colorful, and soooo big it can actually be seen from space! Between all that bloom (and all that sunshine) obviously wardrobe-wise we must speak about…
Sunglasses!
Sunglasses are my favorite accessory. They add oomph and polish. You can forego jewelry or makeup as long as you have the perfect pair of sunglasses. Let’s not forget to also mention, they’re just super practical! You can lighten up on the expensive eye cream if you’re not squinting all day and lessen your eye strain while you’re driving into the sun on the freeway.
Sunglasses are just THE perfect way to add style and comfort to your life.
They add the chic-ness, the je ne sais quois, the zest to your Look with one simple addition that will easily match any outfit.

While most sunglasses match pretty much any outfit, there are a few ways to have your sunglasses really cater to your Look. Here’s a few examples.
If you are a wedding guest, pair a fabulous party dress with simple rounded sunglasses for a Look that’s not too overbearing for the dress.
When you’re having a day ‘on the run,’ wearing jeans and a tee, try a cat-eye inspired pair of sunglasses to add a feminine vibe to your Look.
Wearing a minimal, easy dress? Try oversized sunglasses to bring the ‘pop’ to your Look.
