Wrap Your Head Around This Creative & Stylish Idea
As you must know by now (after reading and seeing the news) last week Texas was under QUITE the cold spell. So, while I was ready to put my winter jackets away after returning from France… I’m happy I didn’t. Because Winter’s clearly not done with us yet.
Sometimes, it takes unexpected circumstances like this (no matter how uncomfortable) to push you to make some really creative decisions! For example, since we were unable to travel on unsalted, icy roads… I learned that adding cucumber to soup is not always a bad idea and black coffee can be quite invigorating when it’s not too strong!
But one of my most favorite realizations this last week has been how a fur headband (that I wear constantly in the Winter, if I’m not in a beret), has another use!
Can you believe it?! Snow in Provence!
I know… WHY am I wearing no socks on such a cold day!
It also makes the most delightful scarf if you roll in half and wear it as a collar to your coat! Utilitarian AND cute! The way it doubles as a neck scarf is a total win-win.
