Catholic Gifting: Pillar and Pearl
We’re switching it up from our regular programming today and chatting about a SUPER Catholic business. It’s clever, thoughtful, and a way to share the Catholic faith.
Today, it’s all about Pillar and Pearl.
Now, I LOVE to send flowers. I think it is so fun. I mean, who doesn’t like to receive flowers? (Ahem… calling all husbands and children).
But I must admit, sometimes floral arrangements don’t come fresh, or they’re not what you ordered. Maybe you’ve sent the same person flowers more than once and the gift is starting to lose its “punch.”
Enter, a refreshing option in Catholic gift boxes from Pillar and Pearl. Here, you’ll find a plethora of gift boxes for young people, women, men and for every phase of daily or professional life. It’s perfect for children making their first Sacraments or asa birthday gift. They’re a lot of fun and Pillar and Pearl offers oodles of combinations to choose from.
Each box is a themed collection curated to suit a different occasion or person, and features items from wonderful, Catholic small businesses. The presentation is gorgeous when you open it. I was immediately stunned by the actual box that was so high quality!
In fact, I’ve just collaborated with Pillar and Pearl to create a box for you!
I’ve chosen a few of these pieces for specific reasons.
This shirt, which has the “gifts of the Spirit,” is a great reminder for us to pray to the Holy Spirit throughout the day. I know I can get easily frazzled and stressed, so it’s a simple but tasteful way to pray throughout the day. And what a fabulous way to evangelize when someone comments on your shirt! I love this T-shirt paired with a simple blue jean and loafer.
I also chose this Jerusalem cross bracelet which is the cross approved by Pope Urban II and found on the banner of the First Crusade. It can be a reminder for us to have the fervor and fire of our earlier Catholic ancestors.
This Lourdes pin is just so happy and cheery! What a friendly reminder to pray to Our Lady.
And... who doesn’t love ending the day with a beautifully scented candle? The one that I’ve chosen from Pillar and Pearl is called Compline and a great way to both set the mood for the evening and end the day in a prayerful spirit!
Well, I hope this Catholic small business helps you find fun, well-made, and spiritually appropriate gifts for future First Communions, birthdays, anniversaries or (my personal favorite)“just because.”
Next week is the FIRST WEEK OF FALL, so we are going to have a LOT of fun talking about all the Fall styling there is to inspire your next shopping adventure (fueled by a pumpkin latte, too)! See you next week!
