Don't Miss Out On Savings: Shopping Black Friday Deals

A very Happy Thanksgiving weekend to you! Isn’t it such a glorious season, specifically since it’s such a uniquely American tradition and celebration!

The day after Thanksgiving has become known as Black Friday, when people dash around their favorite stores, snagging up some amazing sales. But frankly, I’m not much of an in-store shopper. I have found that there just isn’t the same extensive selection and inventory that you can find online. Plus it saves my allergies from all those sample colognes and perfumes (if you know what I mean, you know what I mean)!

I have learned however, thanks especially to my  Club members, that some people really do prefer an in-store experience. So you really have to do what works for you!

It seems that every year, the sales get stretched out. ALREADY, there have been some really fantastic brands ALREADY beginning their Black Friday sales.

I’ve been gathering some links for Club Members and let me tell you… WOW, there are some really amazing deals – not just on clothes you’ll wear twice – but GOOD BASICS that you can use over and over again.

Pieces that I rarely see go on sale, because these are brands people will buy anyway, are now on sale!

However, online shopping can be overwhelming and because you’re not in the store, you might end up buying things you don’t need… and not buying the things you DO.

So here’s my recommendation:

  1. Make a list of the pieces that you can remember saying, while getting dressed, “If I only had *insert piece*, this outfit would come together.”

  2. Go through your basics. Your cotton tees, jeans, mass dresses, jackets, socks, flats, undergarments, sweaters… Do any of these need a little freshening up?

  3. Write down what you DID like and wanted to buy if only it wasn’t just a smidge too pricey. You’ll want to check back on this item.

  4. Subscribe to their email list! Some stores will have extra “perks” if you belong to their email list, so subscribe ASAP.

  5. Finally, add items to your cart. This way, you can buy a little time to think about it. Many of the Black Friday deals have already begun to an extent so if you KNOW you need it and sizing is running low, you may want to click buy before Black Friday!

Et voila! Hope snag some super fabulous pieces with these tips!

Question: How do YOU shop the sales?
