3 Steps To Build Your Fall Style

Can you believe that today is the 1st of November?! Happy Solemnity of All Saints! 🙏❤️

It’s hard to believe it’s ALREADY November. We are waist deep in Fall!

Sometimes the Fall can feel like the start of a new year and, with that in mind, many women really start to focus on their wardrobes, to get it right for the chilly months ahead, and with all of the activities and holidays to celebrate.

So I’d like to share your three next steps to build your Fall wardrobe (really, you can learn and build so much on it RIGHT now - it’s NOT too late!). And the best news? it’s easier than you think.

So I hope this will relieve any stress or frustration you might have at this time of year over creating a Look that not only works for you but should also be... fun!

Your easy three step guide for flawless Fall style:

1. Find a Fall muse or vibe to add to your mood board (how can we direct our wardrobe to suit our style if we have no roadmap?!): Fashion is visual so we must see, directly in front of us, the look, style, vibe we are going for. Trust me, I’ve never heard of anyone who regretted doing this! Pinterest is a great tool to use for this.

2. Review from last year: What did you ACTUALLY wear last year? What did you think you’d wear and did not? What did you need last year and did not have? Just as you would do with anything you want to do well, you must reflect on your past decisions and how you can improve!

3. Determine your dream piece: What is that ONE PIECE that really sends you to the moon? That one piece that just makes you ooh-and-ahh over the vibe it gives off, plus the practicality it will serve in your daily life? This will not just make you super excited to wear it, but as you keep wearing it, it will subtly imbue that style and personality into your own aesthetic, so that you are more easily drawn to pieces with that character.

Here below are a few inspiration photos that I have on my Mood Board to get you going!
