It is always a wonderful feeling when you put on a special outfit and say “This outfit is SO me. I feel great!!”
Now, close your eyes… and imagine the Blessed Mother complimenting your favorite outfit.
Impossible?
As Jesus said, “for nothing will be impossible for God.” (Luke 1:37)
Yes, this includes fashion! I mean, why wouldn’t it.
How the Blessed Mother can Complement Your Fashion
I want you to think of one accessory that you can add to your outfit which will make you feel even better.

Our Blessed Mother said to St Simon,“Whoever dies wearing the scapular shall not suffer eternal fire.”
Now, this obviously isn’t a ‘get out of jail free card’... it is an outward sign of an inward reality. That reality is your prayer being a commitment to Mother Mary.
the Scapular -a Way to Evangelizing AND a Fashion Statement
Just as our mom’s buy us clothes and make sure we’re warm and cared for… so does Mother Mary! And one way is through the Scapular! Its promise keeps us close to her, inevitably bringing us straight to the Heart of Jesus.
One of my biggest reasons for avoiding to wear a Scapular is that they cause such an eyesore on some of my outfits. Vain, I know… but tell me you don’t think it, too?!?!
I’ve been SOOO tempted to get the cute metal ones. They’re really pretty! However, for a Scapular to be a proper Scapular, it must have wool on both ends.
So how do you wear a wool scapular with your favorite outfit? … I have just the solution for you! I’ve been using this one for years, and it really is my favorite.
IF for some reason it has to come off for a few hours, it can always be fish-looped around my belt loop OR my bra. It’s perfect!
